• Passenger: Refers to the user who requests and receives rides through the Saudi Seat App.
• Driver: Refers to the user who provides transportation services using the Saudi Seat App platform.
• User: Refers to both the passenger and the driver.
• Services: Refers to the Saudi Seat platform, including the app, website, and any other features.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your region).
• You must have the authority to agree to these Terms.
• You must not have been previously banned from using the Saudi Seat platform.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

For drivers, you must also:

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Own a registered, insured, and roadworthy vehicle.
• Comply with all local transportation laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

• Users must create an account by providing accurate personal information.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password.
• You agree not to share your login details or allow others to use your account.

4. Location Access Policy

• The driver’s location will be tracked only during the active trip and location tracking will stop once the trip ends.
• The user’s location will be accessed only for address search and navigation purposes.
• All location data will be encrypted and protected against unauthorized access.

5. Ride Requests and Payments

• Passengers can request rides through the Saudi Seat App.
• The fare is calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and demand.
• The passenger agrees to pay the fare, including any fees, taxes, or surcharges.
• Payments are processed via the app through third-party payment providers.
• Drivers receive their earnings after deducting fees (such as service or commission fees).

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Passengers and drivers may cancel a ride within a specified time.
• A fee may be charged for cancellations after the allowed time.
• If the passenger fails to show up at the pickup location, the full fare will be charged.
• Drivers who frequently cancel agreed rides may face penalties or removal from the platform.

7. User Conduct

• Users agree to use the Saudi Seat platform legally and responsibly.
• Treat others with respect.
• Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or illegal behavior.
• Do not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Comply with all traffic laws and safety guidelines.

Saudi Seat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violating these rules.

8. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain the vehicle in a safe and legal condition.
• Comply with traffic safety laws.
• Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Provide professional and courteous service.
• Accept rides fairly and without discrimination.

9. Insurance and Liability

• Drivers must have valid vehicle insurance as required by law.
• Saudi Seat does not provide vehicle insurance and is not liable for accidents, damages, or injuries.
• Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

10. Saudi Seat's Responsibility and Disclaimer

• Saudi Seat is a platform that connects passengers with drivers and is not a transportation provider.
• Saudi Seat is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or negligence of any user.
• Saudi Seat is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the service.

11. Privacy

• Saudi Seat collects and processes personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
• By using the platform, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Termination and Closure

• Saudi Seat may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the Terms or other policies.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time via the app.
• All outstanding payments or disputes must be settled before account termination.

13. Changes to the Terms
